Practising lawyers admitted to a bar in the People’s Republic of China or the Federal Republic of Germany may become member of the association. Practising lawyers from other
countries may also become member if they come with a professional link to one of these countries. Law firms may also become member.
Currently, the membership is free of membership fees. According to the association’s articles the general meeting may impose membership fees from 2019 at the earliest.
