11 December 2019 – This week, our secretary general Tim A. FONGERN visited our Guangzhou secretary CAO Xuemei of Greenleaf Law Firm. The secretaries exchanged on latest developments in China and Germany and also discussed ways to deepen cooperation in the future.

27 November 2019 – A delegation of high-level judges from Liaoning province visited the Chinesisch-Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V. (CDAV) / 中德律师协会 in Frankfurt. The delegation was led by Judge Kong Yan, vice president and deputy secretary of the party group at Shenyang Intermediate People's Court.

On 5 June 2018, David WANG and Robert LI have been appointed secretaries of the Chinese-German Lawyers‘ Association (CDAV) for the Jiangsu Province and City of Shanghai respectively. Mr WANG is a patent lawyer, managing partner of Zhishi Law Firm, and chairman international affairs of the Bar Asscociation of Nanjing. Mr LI is managing partner and director internationa investment and trade at Beijing Yingke Law Firm in Shanghai.
